Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this website, our services, our products, your rental, or any breach thereof, that is initiated by any party other than Club Powersports or its management will be settled by arbitration administered by the a recognized arbitrator in accordance with the Utah Uniform Arbitration Act, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Club Powersports and its management reserves the right to seek resolution to any of its claims against any other party via any means legally available.
